With a generous living area of 180 m², the house feels bright, open and inviting. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room with a bay window, impressive 3.15-metre-high ceilings, beautiful ornaments and decorative mouldings that highlight the authentic character of the home. The large kitchen is fully equipped, including a refrigerator, freezer and wine climate cabinet, making it the perfect place to cook together and enjoy long evenings with family and friends. From the kitchen, you step into the sunny south-facing garden, a peaceful and private space to relax, dine outdoors or simply enjoy the summer sunshine.
Upstairs, there are three comfortable bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed and large wardrobes. There are also two lovely balconies with seating areas, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or unwinding at the end of the day. The spacious bathroom feels like a private wellness retreat and features both a freestanding bathtub and a large walk-in shower. There is also a separate laundry room equipped with a washing machine and dryer. This property does not offer private parking. Please note that paid parking applies throughout Zandvoort from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
If you provide your registration number, one car can be registered for free on-street parking.
