The space

Droomhuis aan Zee is a beautifully modernised family home in Zandvoort, designed to ensure a comfortable stay for the whole family. The property combines stylish décor with all the amenities you need for a relaxing holiday.

The entrance leads into the spacious living room with a comfortable seating area and a cosy dining area. The modern, fully equipped kitchen is fitted with all necessary appliances, including a dishwasher, oven and microwave. From the house, you have access to both the garden and the balcony, where you can enjoy the fresh air.

The property has three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed. The other two bedrooms both have a double bed. The luxurious bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower, toilet, a freestanding bath and a washbasin unit. There is also a separate toilet downstairs.

For added convenience, a washing machine and tumble dryer are available. You can park one car free of charge via number plate registration.

Transport

Zandvoort train station is a 15 minutes walk from your accommodation and offers direct connections to Amsterdam and Haarlem, as well as indirect connections to destinations such as Schiphol Airport and The Hague.

Parking

This property does not offer private parking. Please note that Zandvoort has a fully paid parking policy in place from 10:00 to 22:00.
If you provide your registration number, one car can be registered for free on-street parking. Any second car is best parked in a public car park or a multi-storey car park.

Pets

Unfortunately, pets are not permitted at this property.

Zandvoort is known for its beaches with lively beach pavilions, where you can enjoy a bite to eat and a drink. Relax on a sun lounger, feel the sand between your toes, take a refreshing dip or go for a walk along the coast. But even in autumn and winter, when fewer beach pavilions are open, you can enjoy a relaxing stroll along the coast, the fresh sea air and the beautiful dune landscape as the waves roll onto the beach. Zandvoort, also known as ‘Amsterdam Beach’, is just a 30-minute train ride from Amsterdam Central Station. This allows you to effortlessly combine the vibrancy of our capital with the charm and friendliness of our cosy village, where events for young and old take place all year round. For nature lovers, the nearby Waterleidingduinen and Kennemerduinen National Park offer stunning walking and cycling trails through unspoilt landscapes. For adventurers, there are plenty of activities on offer, such as mountain biking, kitesurfing or windsurfing lessons, sailing and horse riding. Zandvoort is also home to Circuit Park Zandvoort, an iconic venue hosting thrilling motorsport events, a must for lovers of speed and adrenaline.
