We, Smiling Host, are a great team who share the passion for hospitality.
Through our own experience, with temporary renting out of our homes, we discovered that the rental process is our cup of tea. The energy and enthusiasm that came to us because of this, made sure we knew for certain: THIS IS OUR FUTURE!
That’s why Smiling Host was founded in February 2015 and we started to experience ourselves whether our idea of "an undiscovered business opportunity" would actually exist. All tasks were divided with the idea that the weaknesses of one are often the strengths of the other and together the right ingredients for the perfect match. We strongly believed in Smiling Host and wanted to make it a successful company.
Now, a few summers later, we can definitively say: "Smiling Host mediates in the rental to tourists, expats, short-term rental, long-term rental, booking manager, property manager and... WE LOVE IT!"

A selection of homes away from home
Sehr schöne kleine Ferienwohnung. Alles war vorhanden, was man braucht. Schöner wäre es, wenn die Couch um die Ecke gehen würde. Das Einzige was fehlt, sind große Kaffee- und Teetassen. Das Bett ist sehr bequem und hatte eine traumhafte Bettwäsche bezogen. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte ohne Probleme. Sehr sympathische Mitarbeiterin.
Das Appartement ist sehr hell und gemütlich. Der Ausblick auf die Dünen ist schön. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Nur der angegebene Trockner war leider nicht da. Parkplätze reichlich vorhanden. Würden wieder kommen.
Wir haben uns hier über Silvester sehr wohl gefühlt und haben den Aufenthalt total genossen. Alles war super leicht in der Abwicklung und die Unterkunft sehr süß und man hat alles was man braucht für einen kleinen Trip :)
Für Paare die noch nicht allzu vertraut sind oder unter Freund:innen ist es denke ich etwas schwieriger mit der Badsituation umzugehen, da eine Abtrennung zum Wohnbereich fehlt. Für uns war das kein Problem.
